Mascot Bowl!!

Austin was soo excited to tell me he is in the mascot bowl this year!! It will be Sept 29th at about 5. This is the 5th year the school has done this. Tickets have always been 3 dollars and any kids under 2 are free, so I am guessing thats how much it will be this year. Every year they have a mini concert to open up the game. No one huge but the jazz dancers will be there with the jazz bear signing autographs and taking pictures, there are tons of games and prizes during the game and a big fireworks show.
The mascots that will be there are the Utah Jazz Bear, Grizzbee of the Utah Grizzlies, U of U's Swoop, BYU's Cosmo, Rocky from Rocky Mountain Raceway, Weber State University's Waldo, the Phoenix Suns' Gorilla, the Seattle Sonics' Squach, Slamson from the Sacramento Kings, Portland Trailblazers' Blaze, Leonardo from SLC Real, Chief of the Blaze, Salt Lake Bees' Bumble, and Champ of the Dallas Mavericks.
This will be waay fun and if you want to come let me know and ill go get your tickets cuz they sell out fast!

Football and Milly entertainment

I hate macs!!! I have no idea why this is underlining everything and I cant move any of the pictures so we just get to deal with it!! Here are some of the boring pics of what our boring lives have been like for the past little while. It seems that Milly is the center of attention for anyone who comes over to our house. Some times she likes this and other times she hates it!

Ryan was blowing bubbles while we were watching Lost the other day (Lost is our new obsession, we rent the seasons from the library. Were up to the 3rd one) Milly was fascinated by the bubbles. He would hold it there till she popped it with her paw.

She did this for a while.

Austin stays with us on the weekends sometimes. It all started when my mom went out of town and he stayed with us for about 10 days. Now he is here all the time and he always does some sort of house work while he is here. Most of the time it is our dishes. Poor kid. This last weekend he was here and came down with a cold. He is still sick but has been going to practice and school and complains to anyone who will listen.

This is him at his first game. The batteries were dead at the second game. He got a quarter back sack and a few other tackles at the first one.

Hes on the field somewhere. I cant even tell most of the time sitting right on the side.

David looooves going to the games. He is the teams loudest cheerleader. He even shakes his booty. He always has a mouth full of sun flower seeds while cheering.

Austins team is now 2-0 they had the most intense game last week against our rival American Fork. They had some pretty sweet tackles right in front of us and we ended up winning by stopping them in the end. I am a horrible football announcer but David can tell you the stories if your interested. The next game is monday and its another American Fork team so there will be more updates then!

My little wiggle worm!

This is a crappy pic of my nugget blob after the first ultrasound at 8 weeks. We didnt get a new one this week :(

So I went back to the Dr today and he was very behind so we had a very quick visit! He just told me from my last visit when i got my blood taken I had a 43 iron level which is pretty good. I have no idea how I'm getting my iron because I'm anemic and its supposed to be really low! Oh and I am A+ anyone have any clue what David is???

So then we tried to hear the hear beat with just the doppler and my heart beat kept going over the babies so we went in to do an ultrasound. The first thing the Dr said was yup there is a big baby! At the first appointment he told me I would have a good chance of having a 10 pound baby like all my moms. I hope I dont break!! Then the next thing we saw was a little wiggle worm squirming around!! She (my mom and I are convinced it is a girl) was moving and kicking and flailing her arms around everywhere! We could see her little nose poke out and the rest of her face forming and she kept rolling in circles! We had a pretty good view of her head and face and the next thing we knew she was over and we were looking at the back of her head and bum! So he rolled over and found her again so we could hear the heart beat. It was at 158. I have no idea what these numbers mean. One day Ill remember to ask.

Oh and last time I went in i was 7 lbs lighter than the last time I wieghed myself. This time i was 2 lbs lighter. But I feel soooo much better now and I actually have an appetite! My mom and grandma have been really good to bring me fresh veggies and fruits and thats what I crave most the time! Just last night I made corn on the cob and it was the best thing I ate all week!! So thats the update on baby nugget and me!
